Had scheduled appointments all three times but Apple Tech 30-45 minutes late getting to me and then, on two occasions, was very slow resolving my issue because the"Genius" was constantly being distracted by other "Geniuses". Other Apple stores don't seem to be as bad, but make sure you pack a lunch before coming to Apple for support. Remember...you are there to serve them (pay $$$), not the other way around.
