He didn't pressure me into any purchases and allowed me to explore the whole price range of products. His knowledge on every element of the mattresses and beyond was second-to-none. I have a low tolerance for salespeople and their attempts to befriend you to talk you into a purchase. That was absolutely not the case here. What a gentleman.
