  Avoid this store - avoid their products!! First off - I am seeing metal discoloration/chipping on my pen that I bought exactly 31 days ago!! And I use my things very carefully - then pen is either in my shirt pocket or in its case - so its not because of usage that I am seeing this issue. I would give this place a negative-5 stars if I could - the rep I spoke to told me that the warranty on my pen wasn't valid because I hadn't bought it from a mont Blanc boutique. This guy then had the audacity to tell me that I had bought the pen in that condition - with the metal chipping off - so it was my fault and I had to pay him to even look at my pen so he could tell me the next steps. Don't waste your time and money here!!
